Herbert and Irlene Sam, founders of A-Rocket Moving & Storage, had a vision to grow a sustainable moving company to serve the residential moving needs of the Houston community.
Now managed by company president DeAndre Sam, A-Rocket Moving & Storage has grown from a small family business to one of Houston’s most recognized business organizations, providing residential and commercial moving solutions to a diverse group of clients across the greater Houston area.

Thom Dale, VP, Sales and Marketing, has been in the relocation industry for 26 years with 15 years at A-Rocket.
Mel Martinez has been the primary coordinator for HISD and other school districts’ projects with A-Rocket for the past 8 years.
Charles Herrigan has been employed with A-Rocket for 12 years in various departments including Human Resources/Safety, Dispatch and now Sales.
David Sims II is a senior Relocation Consultant with A-Rocket, providing professional advice, guidance and relocation planning for clients.
Jade Woods is a third generation member of the A-Rocket business family, managing and coordinating budgets for large projects.
